알바 절반이상이 단기알바생를 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 알바몬이 10대에서 80대알바생 2,502명을 타겟으로 '알바 근무여건 선호도'에 대해 설문조사를 진행했다. 조사결과 알바생들은 7개월미만 일하는 '초장기알바생'보다 8개월이상 일하는 '장기알바'를 더 선호한다고 답했다.
